35 years ago, a visionary and striving Sleiman Tannoury had a dream; a dream of grandiose investment, development and promotion of projects that would enrich and embellishLebanon. His first dream became a reality with the first flourishing family summer resort, SOLEMAR. Located in Kaslik, Zouk Mikhael, this project extends over an area of 30,000 m2 and encloses around 450 apartments and 250 cabins. The second project, SAMAYA, saw the light a couple of years later. Situated right next door to SOLEMAR, this summer resort extends over an area of 35,000 m2 and comprises some 600 apartments and 250 cabins. The dream then grew bigger and broadened to cover the beautiful mountains of Lebanon with the SAMAYA VILLAGE resort in Baadbat, which extends over an area of 100,000 m2 and consists of villa-shaped apartments, tennis courts, jogging area and spa area. Afterwards, the major project JEITA COUNTRY CLUB was established next to the majestic Jeita grotto over an area of 150,000 m2. This luxurious project comprises around 220 apartments, 10 villas, 3800 family cabins and family lockers, swimming pools, tennis, squash, basketball and football courts as well as other numerous attractions for all ages.

Even after his unfortunate passing, Sleiman Tannoury’s dream doesn’t stop here; it lives in his children and in their anticipation of developing the last project: MAAYSRA; a 350,000 m2 land in the Maaysra area, 4.5 Kms away from the sea shore. This development plan is designed to enclose between 300 and 450 luxurious villas that enjoy a magnificent view of Jounieh bay, and numerous residential facilities.
